We provide technology strategy consulting services to our various clients, helping them improve business performance, efficiency and profitability with the optimal use of technology. We provide business process and operations consulting, helping clients create the right processes to achieve corporate objectives. We also provide various financial consulting solutions to clients’ needs, ranging from capital advisory, greenfield accounting and financial intermediation services for clients seeking funds.
Furthermore, we provide other financial services such as bank transaction reviews and general financial advisory services. We have a strong human capital services section that helps with headhunting and recruitment for clients. We also deliver cutting-edge, practical and impactful training programmes ranging from financial, sales, customer service, management and leadership, personal development and productivity-enhancing training programmes.

Our Team
Woodridge & Scott Consulting’s operations are directed by two partners leading a team of seasoned professionals. The partners have over 75 years experience combined and lead a team of professionals handling our various business segments.
Experience on the team spans areas of retail banking, consumer banking, corporate and institutional banking, investment banking, operations, call centre management, SAP implementation, software development, technical integration and special projects, international trade, credit and marketing, risk management, project management, business process re-engineering, business strategy, sales and marketing, customer experience management, customer relationship management and customer services.
